Use this weekend to reflect on the tremendous sacrifices that our brave men & women (like my Father) have done to secure our freedom. Place a flag, say a prayer to keep our uniformed heroes safe or tell a soldier or veteran “Thank You”. And remember that freedom is not free.
Wish a Great weekend for all our troops
I don’t always agree with what our soldiers do/have done as directed by our leaders.
I do support them 110% for their courage, bravery, and commitment and we all need to keep in mind to not blame our soldiers for the wars they are in as they do not have a great deal of choice.
Too often we blame the wrong people for what happens around us because it is easier and safer to do so.
Wish your happy weekend and thanks for reminded.
If you see a soldier, of any age, give ‘em a salute. Thanks for letting me stopped by.
And a great weekend to you all – our big weekend is next one, when we celebrate the Queen being on the throne for 60 years – amazing lady!
