VIDEO – Why should I hire veterans?
I was fortunate enough to run into a pal of mine – Chad Sowash of DirectEmployers. After catching up over ole times, we began discussing the recruiting world in general and veterans in particular. I thought some of his points were worth sharing, so I captured them on video. Hope you like.

Honor. Discipline. Leadership. Loyalty. A willingness to give everything to a given task. Veterans should rank very high on any employer’s hiring list.
I belive that veterans should be first in line for all good jobs. Why?? Becuase these guys and gals but their lives on the line for us thats the least we can do!!!!!

I appreciate the time Jim. It’s a very important issue and saying “Thanks for serving” just isn’t enough.
Veterans give so much and ask for so little, that should get special treatment.
I heart veterans (like my Dad) for keeping America safe. God bless’em everyone.

employersd should give our veterans PRIORITY
Employers would be foolish not to place veterans on their highest priority recruiting list… most military veterans posess the best qualities we look for in an employee… character, work ethic, loyalty, focus, discipline and more.
