You bet. Let’s say Employer A keeps your resume open for 10 minutes and forwards it on to another member of the staff. Chances are excellent that there is some interest in the candidate. This gives the candidate a heads up that he or she is likely to be contacted by the prospective employer… time to brush up more on the company and prepare for that all important initial phone interview.

I can see how long they looked at it and see if they forwarded it up the chain of command. The really cool thing is getting a text messsage that someone is reading my resume. I was amazed at how easy it was to mke up my resume from scratch. I also was able to see who openedit and how long they spent reading it. I snt out over 50 and all but 6 were opened and read. Super system.

I have looked at a lot of resume services on the Internet and none of them have even come close to offering what you offer, especially for the investment. I still can’t believe I am only paying $4.95 a month for all of this.

Dear Machiko: Thank you. Actually, ResumeBear may be used in any country in the world where there is Internet access. For non-English speakers, we will be developing translated sites with languages ranging from Japanese to Spanish to Mandarin to Bengali in the coming months.
Dear Nancy: Your resume arrives in the employer’s inbox as a website link. Once you delete the resume from your back office it is no longer available for viewing online.

This is a very impressive feature. I always wonder what companies are actually reading my resume and how long they spent reading it. You hear statistics that recruiters usually only spend on average 30 seconds on reading a resume. I guess this is a way to prove or disprove the statistic. Very helpful feature.
